The sign in the room reads Liberty = Responsibility. Two locals and a Belgian are identified as Emile Sauvage, Trudon Mbuyi and Jacques Kalambayi. Senior colonial officials and local people are seen congregating outside. Only one photo is captioned.

NOTE: In the summer of 1955 His Royal Majesty King 'Baudouin I was enthusiastically welcomed by the Congolese people who nicknamed him: 'Bwana Kitoko' Which means "Handsome Chief".
